INFOFUL TOV ("Infoful", "we") is a non-specialised wholesale trader. We work with businesses and institutions, so the personal data we handle belongs mainly to the people who order, receive and pay for goods on behalf of our customers, and to representatives of our suppliers. This policy follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Data we process

  • Names, positions, phones and emails of customer and supplier representatives.
  • Delivery addresses, delivery windows and names of people who sign for goods.
  • Orders, invoices, payments and contract terms.
  • For public institutions, the procurement documents required by public procurement rules.

3. Price requests

When you build a price request on this website, your selection stays in your browser until you send the form. We use the request only to prepare a quotation.

4. Purposes and grounds

Preparing offers and performing supply contracts, keeping accounting and tax records, participating in public procurement, and protecting our legitimate interest in collecting payments.

5. Recipients

Carriers delivering goods (contact name, phone and address only), banks, our accountant and tax authorities. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

6. Retention

  • Contracts, invoices and delivery notes: as required by accounting and tax law.
  • Contact details of customer staff: while the business relationship continues, then 3 years.
  • Price requests without an order: 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. Tell us when a colleague authorised to order has left your company so we can remove their details. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
